Representation of the Hays CAD Board of Directors
Members of the Hays Board of Directors are appointed by local taxing units through official resolutions. This includes representatives from school districts, cities, and special purpose districts. For entities not part of the larger systems, board members are selected through a coordinated voting process involving multiple jurisdictions within the Hays County Appraisal District.
